Ordering and Delivery

At MADE by MUMS we are committed to delivering you only the highest quality products. We choose to use Australia Post registered services as our delivery partner to ensure your goods arrive as quick and safely as possible.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Your shipping charge is calculated based on the amount of items that you have in your shopping trolley.

Delivery to anywhere in Australia:

• Under 5 items = $5.00
• 5 items or over = $7.50

Delivery to anywhere in America:

• Economy Delivery = $10.00
• Standard Delivery = $15.00

For orders inside of Australia, please use an address where you will be available for delivery. If you are unavailable during the time of delivery a representative will leave a card for you detailing instructions on where you can go and pick up your order from the nearest Australia Post office.

If you are ordering from outside of Australia please be aware that MADE by MUMS is not responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges levied by your country of entry. MADE by MUMS is not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left Australia. If you have questions regarding customs or duties charges and procedures in your country, it is your responsibility, not ours, to research this information PRIOR to placing your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We generally pack and dispatch your order the next business day after we have received your order. Delivery in Australia will take 2 to 5 working days. Overseas deliveries will take 7 to 14 working days.
